Alex Bullock, a former standout at Creighton Preparatory School and current player for the South Dakota State Jackrabbits, will participate in the NCAA Division I FCS Football Championship.
The team starts the tournament as the No. 14 seed, facing off against the New Hampshire Wildcats, who hold the same seed.
The opening game is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 29, at 1 p.m.
Creighton University’s women’s softball team has changed its home opening series schedule against Providence due to forecasted bad weather. The opener will start earlier on Friday, with a doubleheader set for Saturday. Ticket exchanges are available for affected fans.
Creighton women’s tennis lost to Xavier University in a BIG EAST matchup in Orlando, falling 4-0. Head coach Tom Lilly commented on facing the defending champions and expressed concern about an injury sustained by Mithila Dixit.
