On Sunday, March 9, former Burke High School standout Michael Matejka’s current college team, the Coe Kohawks, lost 6-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Millikin Big Blue.
The game took place at Workman Family Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Big Blue this season.
The Kohawks’ next game is scheduled for Monday, March 10 at 12 p.m. at Kelly Field at Irv Utz Stadium against Washington Bears.
