On Sunday, April 27, former Mercy High School standout Mattingly Barnes’ current college team, the Wayne State Wildcats, lost 8-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Concordia Golden Bears.

The game took place at Carlander Field. This was their first matchup against the Golden Bears this season.

The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 27 at 1:50 p.m. at Carlander Field against Concordia Golden Bears.
