On Saturday, April 26, former Mercy High School standout Mattingly Barnes’ current college team, the Wayne State Wildcats, lost 6-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Winona State Warriors.

The game took place at Maynard R. Johnson Field. This was their first matchup against the Warriors this season.

The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 3 p.m. at Maynard R. Johnson Field against Winona State Warriors.
