On Wednesday, April 9, four former Millard West High School standouts, including Carter Betts, Connor Burress, Tyler Merkel and Tyler Spreitzer’s current college team, the Nebraska Wesleyan Prairie Wolves, lost 14-6 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Grinnell Pioneers.

The game took place at Pioneer Park. This was their fourth matchup against the Pioneers this season.

The Prairie Wolves’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 3 p.m. at Daniels Park – Bill Quinby Field against Coe Kohawks.
