On Saturday, April 26, former Skutt Catholic High School standout Sophia Hoffmann’s current college team, the Pittsburg State Gorillas, lost 6-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Missouri Southern State Lions.

The game took place at Pat Lipira Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Lions this season.

The Gorillas’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, May 1 at 6:30 p.m. at Fleharty Family Field against Missouri Western Griffons.
