In a post from July 18, Bacon commented on online behavior by stating, “So called social influencers thinking they can humiliate folks. Most know they have a pack mentality, not grounded by truth or patriotism, and just craving clicks.”

Don Bacon has represented Nebraska’s 2nd District since succeeding Brad Ashford in 2017 and currently resides in Papillion. Born in Momence, Illinois in 1963 and now aged 59, Bacon holds degrees from Northern Illinois University and the University of Phoenix.
