Rep. Don Bacon, Chair of the Cyber Subcommittee and U.S. Congressman representing Nebraska’s 2nd district, posted a series of tweets on December 12, 2025, highlighting his participation in events focused on electronic warfare and military strategy.
In one tweet, Bacon expressed gratitude for being invited to speak at a major industry event: “Thank you to the Association of Old Crows for inviting me to speak at your annual convention, which focused on the rapidly evolving electronic warfare (EW) landscape. Bacon has served in Congress since replacing Brad Ashford in 2017 as representative for Nebraska’s 2nd district. He was born in Momence, Illinois in 1963 and currently resides in Papillion. His educational background includes a BA from Northern Illinois University and further studies at the University of Phoenix.
