Rep. Don Bacon, a U.S. Congressman representing Nebraska’s 2nd district since 2017, posted several updates on his social media account on December 11, 2025. The posts included polling data about American attitudes toward foreign policy and an appearance on national television.

In a tweet from December 11, Bacon shared information with his followers: “More data for you https://t.co/eQgNKI7Hqi”.

Later that morning, Bacon commented on public opinion regarding U.S. support for Ukraine: “70% of Americans want Trump to support Ukraine, and not Russia… Americans stand with freedom and against murdering dictators. https://t.co/gMEDjUjsKY”.

He also expressed appreciation for being featured in a televised segment: “Thanks ⁦@BretBaier⁩ for having ⁦@RepTomSuozzi⁩ and me on Special Report. https://t.co/mSb9XxlASU”.

Bacon has served in Congress since defeating Brad Ashford in 2017 and represents Nebraska’s 2nd district. Born in Momence, Illinois in 1963, Bacon currently resides in Papillion and holds degrees from Northern Illinois University and the University of Phoenix.
