On Tuesday, April 22, former Roncalli Catholic High School standout Sam Wiese’s current college team, the Eastern Illinois Panthers, won 12-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Butler Bulldogs.

The game took place at Bulldog Park. This was their second matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 23 at 3 p.m. at Coaches Stadium at Monier Field against Illinois Wesleyan Titans.
