On Saturday, March 1, former Millard North High School standout Desi Cuevas’ current college team, the Augustana Vikings, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Pittsburg State Gorillas.

The game took place at Mid-America Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Gorillas this season.

The Vikings’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 10 a.m. at Mid-America Sports Complex against Northwest Missouri State Bearcats.
