Skutt Catholic High School standout Sophia Hoffmann’s college team won in NCAA Division II softball game on Thursday, May 1

On Thursday, May 1, former Skutt Catholic High School standout Sophia Hoffmann’s current college team, the Pittsburg State Gorillas, won 10-7 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Missouri Western Griffons.

The game took place at Fleharty Family Field. This was their fifth matchup against the Griffons this season.

The Gorillas’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 2 at 2:30 p.m. at Fleharty Family Field against Rogers State Hillcats.
