On Thursday, May 8, former Skutt Catholic High School standout Sophia Hoffmann’s current college team, the Pittsburg State Gorillas, lost 2-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Rogers State Hillcats.

The game took place at Gerry Pinkston Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Hillcats this season.

The Gorillas’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 9 at 3:45 p.m. at Gerry Pinkston Stadium against Minnesota State Mavericks.
