On Friday, May 9, former Skutt Catholic High School standout Sophia Hoffmann’s current collegiate team the Pittsburg State Gorillas lost 1-5 against the Minnesota State Mavericks in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at Gerry Pinkston Stadium at 3:45 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Minnesota State Mavericks in the tournament.

The Pittsburg State Gorillas’ next game will take place on Friday, May 9 at 3:45 p.m. at Gerry Pinkston Stadium.
