On Wednesday, Feb. 25, Aniah Wayne, a standout who previously played for Omaha Central High School, contributed to the Washburn Ichabods’ 71-56 win against the Pittsburg State Gorillas.
The senior guard, standing 5-foot-8, finished with 11 points, 3 rebounds and 1 steal while playing 22 minutes.
Wayne and the Ichabods are set to face the Missouri Southern State Lions at home on Saturday, Feb. 28, at 3 p.m.
